In 2015, a dear friend invited me to a kirtan with Bhagavan Das. Something in the chanting, the shared voices, and the feeling of devotion reached me deeply. I left wanting to explore more.
That experience led me into Kundalini yoga and the teachings of Jai Dev and Kia Miller. Seane Corn offered another source of inspiration. Through breath, movement, and practice, I found a place to return to during change and challenge.
Ram Dass’s teachings have been a steady companion along the way, reminding me to come back to the heart—to love, service, and the experience of being human.
Finding my roots
Over time, I became drawn to Ashtanga: its steady rhythm, its discipline, and the relationship between breath and movement. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in the Ashtanga Vinyasa method.
My teaching brings those roots together with Bhakti devotion, breathwork, and curiosity. I offer clear guidance and supportive options, with room for each person to explore their own experience.
Practice in everyday life
Yoga lives in my mornings—in chanting, movement, and time with my shruti box. It also lives in how I listen, how I meet a difficult day, and how I begin again when I lose my footing.
The Oregon Coast is home. Forests, salt air, music, and time in community help me feel grounded and connected.
What I hope to share
I want to create welcoming spaces where we can move, breathe, sing, and be ourselves. Spaces where there’s room for effort and rest, questions and laughter.
I’m still learning. My teaching grows from that ongoing practice, and I’d love to share it with you.
Sat Nam,
Kelli
